Township Facilities Manager/Custodian
Warwick Township is seeking an experienced and highly dependable full-time, non-exempt Facilities Manager/Custodian to lead the maintenance, cleanliness, and operational readiness of all municipal buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong facility maintenance knowledge, sound judgment, and a proactive, hands-on approach to managing repairs, coordinating vendors, supporting capital and preventive maintenance projects, and ensuring Township properties are maintained to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
The salary range for this position is $27-37 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience.
